This is the first official release of the NEW KeepnTrack (“Keepntrack Makeover“).

Highlights

Everything in the 23.10 Demo is now available in this new release of KeepnTrack! In addition, we’ve added the following new features:

  • Register for Security Checks to run SOR or CBC checks on visitors and volunteers. You can run checks manually, or for example choose to have volunteers checked automatically every 90 days when they sign in to a kiosk. To support this new feature, we’ve added a new preference area for Security Checks, new security settings for running checks manually, a Checks subtab in Users Management > Security tab, and a Checks History report.
    • In this release, Alerts for Security Checks (Preferences > Security Checks > Site Alerts and System Alerts) will only send by email. Text alerts will start in the next release.
  • Cloud Printing is now available in KeepnTrack! Talk to our Sales representatives about the latest Star printer and the easy setup with KeepnTrack. The install guide is COMING SOON and will be found on the Add-ons page.
  • The Security Clearance report helps you see what users are level 3 and higher—in other words, what operators have access to log in to KeepnTrack, at what sites.
  • All parts of KeepnTrack have a help menu that links directly to this support center.
