Introducing Forms! Set up forms for volunteer applications, waivers, or any other use you can think of. Forms are an optional KeepnTrack add-on that includes the following features:

  • Form Builder—set up your form/application, customized for your site!
  • Form Apply—the application portal that can be linked to from anywhere.
  • Form Processing—review and process volunteer applications.
  • Custom Fields—add questions unique to volunteering at your district.
  • Form notifications—automatically notify volunteer applicants when their application has been accepted or rejected. Include specialized wording or instructions when volunteers submit their application, and customize the accept/reject notifications.

You will see the following changes:

  • New modules in Tools for Form Builder and Form Processing.
  • New security options for access to Form Builder and Form Processing.
  • New preferences for form notifications and custom fields.
  • Forms show in the Users Management Roles tab.

General

  • You can now bookmark KeepnTrack with the site code, so you can skip the site selection window. This is especially useful for your kiosks!
  • Hola, amigos! Switch your Language to Spanish in your Setup. In Kiosks and Form Apply, users can change the language in the top left corner.

Users

  • Say cheese! You can now take a picture directly from Users Management, or when adding a new visitor record in your kiosks.
  • Did you import a bunch of users to the wrong site? Use the new Move Users to Site utility to set it right.
  • Closing a check window without making a determination automatically sets it to Deferred.

Kiosks

  • Printer troubles? You can now reprint badges from the Who’s Here Now report.
  • Kiosks have been optimized for mobile devices. Pull up an Attended Kiosk on your phone to sign people in!
  • If a user belongs to site A, they are not allowed to sign in to site B as anything other than a Visitor.
  • SOR checks can now be set to run automatically (when visitors sign in) as often as every 7 Days. (Preferences > Security Checks)

Kiosks

  • Kiosks have been updated to better check effective/expiration dates for volunteers (Role 1).
  • Kiosks no longer allow logging in to the Union Site, and users belonging to the union site can not sign in to kiosks.
  • New users can now be added via kiosks even if the operator does not have access to add people in Users Management.
