How do I add a person or user?

Adding a new user is easy!

  1. Go to your KeepnTrack Admin.
  2. Click on Users.
  3. Click the plus (+) to add a person.
  4. From here fill out at least the First and Last Name. The barcode will be added automatically; if you have a unique barcode in mind fill that out now.
  5. If the newly-added person is a Volunteer or other type of role, go to the Roles tab and authorize them.
  6. Save the record.
